Submitting the form requests a spot at the Saturday, August 29 combine at 5161 Ward Road, Suite 4, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. A spot is confirmed once ETHOS Colorado contacts you. Spots are limited and registration closes when they are filled.
A parent or legal guardian must register the athlete and complete any waiver required at check-in. Athletes under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The combine involves maximal-effort physical testing. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Consult a physician before your athlete takes part, and tell our coaches about injuries or conditions at check-in. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Combine scores and any subsequent training results vary by athlete, age, training history and effort. We make no guarantee of specific performance, recruiting or earnings outcomes.
We may adjust session times or reschedule the event for weather, safety or staffing reasons and will notify registered families by email or text.
